It just fell off, and I'm sure the dealer will want my arm and leg to replace it. Any cheaper places out there and is it difficult to install?

Look for the part number on Tasca and see if you can just install it yourself. Might take a bit of research but looks to be installed with just double sided tape.

Home Depot/Lowes sells the 3M stuff. They make a heavy duty version that is a very dark grey/black. It's even tougher than the regular double sided tape they have that is light grey in color.

If you look closely there are tabs with slots. Those tabs are held onto the plastic piece by two sided tape.

I did double sided tape and it came off again. So I would advise towards the stronger stuff. Maybe gasket maker if you want something removable but very strong.

The dark gray 3M stuff is pretty strong. But you have to make sure the surface is cleaned and wiped with some denatured or rubbing alcohol. Get rid of ALL surface oils
