Hey Edien,
can you tell me where you got the equalizer and the part number.
I bought it about 4yrs ago its the Alpine ERA-G320 14band digital EQ, it was $799 when I bought it. I ended up paying $450, i'm pretty sure the retail is still close to $500 right now, since it has been Alpines top of the line EQ, i'll look on there site to see if they have come out with something higher.

Jason (yamahaSHO) why would you think Alpine would discontinue such a feature filled EQ :p , the EQ even can be adjusted to change bass/tremble/bands by how many people in the car. Though they have discontinued my CDA-7949 CD player but there new IVA-D90 multimedia TV inetrests me very much for my next SHO :D , my old setup defitnaly needs an update everything is from 1999 or before minus the subs/box.

*EDIT*

Tony I found the current MSRP is $550 but some websites had the EQ for as low as $390, so 3yrs+ plus does affect value a little :) .

john l the only reason my box sticks out so far is for the fact that it is a long box, which was custom made for my trunk, basically it takes up all the space where the spare tire goes and a bit more, the front is big too wont fit in my trunk unless I remove the carpet etc., Also the STB doesnt get in the way at all of it moving its the box itself and its tight design for my trunk, one good that comes from its size is a nice deep bass at low volume and hard hit at max.

well i just hope when i put in a stb it dosen't effect my box placement. i have kicker comp vr's 12in and a custom box. and i could still get the spare out, with out touching the subs. anyway great pics, they are making want to go back to my idea of using one 12in square kicker. then i will have more options with box design. i just didn't want to have too buy more subs and amps. ha ha

D'oh, sorry for the bad info. I have to remember that EQs stay around longer than just CD head units.

Youll notice the two tone seat covers, white window pillars and gen one mirrors give it a different look.
Your SHO is top notch, very clean look.

Thanks. I like the clean look too.

My next mod will be to paint the black body line body-colored.

Regardless of body-color, painting the pillars black and everything else body-colored really cleans up the car. The door handles where super easy to paint and helped to clean up the look as well.

I am debating on painting my mirrors black...

I have seen it done a few times and can't decide if I prefer it or not. (factory on pluses)

The interior needs serious help though.
Momo shift ****, Saleen pedals are about all I've done except to try to keep it very clean. I want to add a Momo wheel but I don't care for thier method of relocating the cruis control buttons.
