Any one ever been burned by MArk @ RCM ?

I could have swarn that i read good things about dealing with RCM on this forum. But my first and maybe only trasaction is really ******* me off
]

I ordered some 60K parts from mark , he seemed very helpful . I payed with paypal and now that the $ has been sent MARK DON'T WANNA RETURN ANY E-MAILS .

And futher more i live in the land of ice and snow . He sent it USPS express or something . I tracked it and it took 4 daysto get here . But get this the attempeted to deliver @ 7:24 am on thursday . Who the $#^% delivers @ that time in thew morning . And u would think that they would re-try delivery the next day ( friday ) or even today ( monday )


The usps website don't tell me jack . Am starting to get a little ****** , Also who's hands do u think that package went into once it crosses the boarder .


anyone got any ideas

If he sent is USPS priority or express mail, it's now in the hands of your local post office. In the US if the USPS isn't able to make a delivery, they stick a little card on your door saying you have something down at the post office and nee to pick it up. Honestly this doesn't seem to be a problem with the vendor but more the shipping.

I had good dealings with RCM and have heard nothing but good things about them.

I don't know anything about RCM, but if he shipped your parts in a reasonable time from taking your $, and he gave you a tracking #, then he ready did all he could. It sounds like your beef is with the usps, not Mark.

Thanks guys , i am only wondering . I have tried to contact him again and again doesn't return any emails after transaction .

I'd chill out for a bit. RCM has been very helpful to me and I have been a repeat customer several times. I have no comlaints

I have ordered from them as well. I got fast replies to my emails and lightning fast delivery of parts. Maybe he is out of town right now or dealing with a family emergency

I ordered from him also, I am also from Canada. And he was quick to respond and shipped my parts quickly, and they arived via USPS before I really expected them to.

Usually I deal with Russ from RCM. Never had a problem. What is the protocol up there when things are attempted to be delivered and there isn't anyone to receive the package? Here we get a card from usps and go to the nearest post office to retrieve the package.

The package went into canada post's hands and was sent to windsor ont . I don't know y . My ebay address is correct , but it also says my registration address ( which is in windsor ) He must have mixed em up er somethin .

Yes i'm cool now . Canada post says they will finger out how to ship my goods in the next day er 2

Thanks for all the info guys . I'm a little strested over the mail order parts thing . Spent quite a few $ @ RCM and trying to get my sho back together asap

Just a tip for next time: once the package is released from customs into the hands of Canada Post, I think you have to track it from www.canadapost.ca not the USPS site.
