Can anyone help?Am i overheating?

Heys guys sounds like alot of you know quite a bit about overheating problems.I am driving a 95 atx 3.2 and due to this terrible minnesota humidity and hot weather my baby has started running a bit hot...i think.I have replaced the t-stat, and flushed my system. On my tempature guage it is reading about where the "n" in normal is.Sometimes a bit above that, but never above the line.Is this nomal? If i shut her down sometimes when i restart she has a delay starting(kinda like when you start a car thats overheating).I have checked the head gasket and that seems to be ok.Radiator was replaced 6 months ago.I did have problem during winter where sometimes heater blew hot air, sometimes not.She doesnt seem to be blowing hot air anymore when i put on heat.Coolant level is fine.Is this possibly a ect sensor problem? Is there a certain t-stat that i can get thats better than others to help car run cooler? And both fans are turning on when car reaches about "o" in normal. All your help is appreciated. And no matter what im a SHO fan for life!

I'm having the same problems and have taken the same steps so far. Just ordered the ECT and the gauge sensor and will be installing them today. Can anyone tell me where they are located. That's been my biggest problem so far with this is finding everything.

I replaced Etc today and not sure if that solved my problem or not, because for once its not really hot out.If you are standing at drivers front quarter panel it is to the right and down on the back side of where thermostat is.Lots of wires right there so just search around. Also it really alot easier to get with a 1" deep well socket. Its more difficult getting the wiring harness clips loose.Bring a long flat head for that. But i will get back to you guys on my running hot problem.Any sugestions can help.
