Im planning a trip to South Dakota over the Columbus day weekend for some personal reasons, but that should only take a few hours . Im planning on staying with Chris and Michelle (HunterVF & Ravynwing) for the duration of my stay, and I was interested in meeting some of you folk out there for something - dinner, lunch, driving, go-carting something of that nature.

Anyone want to try and meet up?

Sorry I'll not be up there to see ya, but I wanted to mention that there is a pretty nice indoor kart facility in Rapid City. "Wheels of Fun", it's in The Gap behind the Common Cents Exxon station. I didn't make it over there this year but it's usually one of my regular stops.

That's some fast driving! It takes, on average, 12 hours from Phoenix to Denver. Chris and I have made it in 10 hours and 15 minutes though... We were hauling some **** though

Yeah, I think the best I've ever done over the 25 years or so that I've been doing it is 22 hours from Phoenix to Rapid City, and that was pretty seriously over the speed limit.

But in those days the speed limit was only 55mph, so...

haha 10:15 ... da-yum man ... ive cut a 2 hour trip down to like 1:40 but **** cutting over 2 hours off a trip... wow.

Jay - Octobah 8-11 I belive are the dates that i'll be there. Rapid City is the town and I'll be up at Spearfish for a few hours one of those days.
