alternator

Hi need answer asap. Does the alternator out of an 90 MTX, fit in a 94 ATX? It is an emergency so I need this answer asap.

Nope they do not, different amperages... different pulleys

In fact only ATX alternators are swappable (93, 94, 95)

I think a '90 will only accept an alternator from a '89-91 SHO. If you are gonna buy a new/remanned one I would get a motorcraft one.
