ive been hearing a a noise sounds like bearing's or something rubbing the belts by the alternator, i poured a little water on the alternator pully and it goes away as soon as the water hits it, could it be the alternator. Also i let it idle for 10 min to warm up and the alternator get's very very hot i cant even touch it and the motor isnt even warm yet.it charges at about 12 volts maybe alittle less while idling with the heat and lights on.

The alternator does get very warm on these cars. I remember having to wait a long time after the car was running to change one.
The bearings usually don't go, it is usually the voltage regulator.
It is reading low at an idle, should be more than your battery voltage.
I would start looking for a replacement, and believe it or not, you might be better off with a Ford replacement that you get used on this forum. I have not had good luck with aftermarket replacements on the 90 amp model.
