Ok, so im posting this on behalf of SHO'Leary... He has 56k and its a hassle for him. So we bring the alternator in for a rebuild, guy said it was definetly fried... I'm pretty sure they tested it before giving it to us (red gel type substance on/in the plug hole on the alternator).

Before the alternator was pulled out of the the car RAN (off the battery). Now that the new alternator is in it wont start, turns over great, just wont start... Hes usually pretty good about checking the small stuff, and it hasnt even been touched since the alternator was pulled... This is really getting rediculous, just cant catch a break... :banghd:

I know this is a pretty vague description, any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Once again thank you for bearing with me and all of your responses to my/his posts on this problem. :banghd:
