alt still overcgarging

checked all connections and no corrosion or high resistance anywhere
from battery to alt i have 0.02 ohms
someone please help me

You need to check from battery to the starter. The ends of each cable must be measured.

check you grounds and ground wires. may sound dense but bad ground will cause same problem.

Is the battery new? What is the battery voltage after the car has sat for 6 hours and the engine not running?
