Alsfb install questions!!!

Sorry these may seem like stupid questions, but i am going to install the bushing that have been sitting in the closet for 6 months tomorrow. I have the recall kits with all the new hardware and was wondering if it is important that the shoulders get ground off the washers so they are flat. And when i install the bushings does the cup or female side of the bushing go on the top or bottom? thanks alot guys.

The washers that come with the kits are not really needed, you can just use some washers from the hardware store if you feel like it. The cup (female side) goes on top.

I have the ring style bushings, but my washers shoulder actually sits inside the bushing comfortably, i think it helps secure the bushing down some as well..

installed mine with the recall kits used new bolts and the washers for all 4 mounts the washers do fit the alsfb I also clear coated mine and painted the washers so there is no rust make shure you coat the new bolts with anti-sleeze be fore you install them
