all aluminum radiator

who makes a radiator for sho application? this is my 3rd radiator leaking at the tanks, tired of buying coolant, an all welded aluminum radiator would be nice if I can find one, anyone have the same issues?

Javier,

A radiator shop will crimp those end tanks for you. Or if you don't mind spending some money, take your leaking tank to a performance fabricator, someone that does aluminum welding. He can fab up some aluminum end tanks to match you plastic ones. It will cost you though. FYI, the all aluminum radiator in my buggy costs 600.00, so be prepared for sticker shock.

bad thing is this is my 3rd rad in 2 years and this rad is a brass 3 row, the last 2 were single row alum rad, funny thing is all 3 leaked in the same place, maybe if i spend $25 a gallon for evans cooling coolant I wont be leaking anymore due to pressure, thats the reason these plastic tanks leak, constant 16+ psi trying to blow off the tanks, I will post results, thanks for the info off road.
