Guys and gals, there are a few things I want to touch on here that concern me and I don't want them tucked away.

First and foremost, I have been having and will be having some medical issues for the past few months and the upcoming month. While these issues do not drain a lot of my time, they drain a lot of my money and distract me with worry a lot.

When I make a mistake in an order or forget to send someone a part in their order, I generally offer to give them 15% off their next purchase. Well, going down the list, I see a lot more 15% offers than I should see. My worry has kept me from paying as much attention to detail as I should, and for that I apologize.

Those that have been affected, for the most part have been more than understanding and more than patient, and at the end of the day, those are the customers I am most thankfull for, whether they bought a $1200 Quaife or a $1.00 EGR gasket.

I've purchased a program that allows me to keep track of every pending transaction and open transaction that has an issue that needs to be addressed.

If you think you have an issue or have any questions, drop an email to [email protected]. If you think I've forgotten about you, do the same.

Intakes...

100% of my negative feedback on this forum (2 posts) is from people that have bought the intake and never received it. Last year, I made the intake and the company that supplied me with tubing backed out, leaving me to refund everyone. Well, this past August, I decided to give it another go with another company. This company was to make the complete intake and drop ship it to the buyer. Well they kept kicking back the deadline and people were understandably starting to get more and more impatient. I have had to cover the refunds on these intakes out of pocket as the company refuses to return my money since they will *eventually* furnish us with a finish product. To those that bought an intake, you probably have a bitter taste in your mouth from us. I don't blame you. I can say that we are only as good as the people that supply our products and hope you will give us another go. If you bought an intake and you haven't heard from me, please email me at [email protected] and let me know. We'll get you squared away.

If anyone has any concern or issue that is unresolved, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Lastly, aside for the intakes, we don't generally have any problems. I don't want to scare the rest of you away with this post. Ask 98% of our customers and they'll tell you that we ship quick and keep you informed. There are also quite a few that we have gone way above and beyond to help. When I have my wits, I'm very good. It's just when I get disorganized that things start to get scary.

Thanks guys.

~ Mike

Mikey,
Get well and then stay well. You've done well by me in our transactions and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone, anytime.

You've also been helpful over on the SHO-Times list.

Best to you,
Bob

Mikey,

While I have not purchased anything from you, your demeanor and your honesty would make me purchase from you.

Thank you for being you and helping out the SHO Community!

I think Mike is a very honest vendor as well.
I went through a lot trying to get an Intake, but you always replied to my messeges, and kept in touch. I did recieve my Intake, and that's all that matters.

Because of the delay you gave me free upper and lower radiator hoses with my 60K Purchase, and that is greatly appreciated.

Thanks again.

you can please all of the people some of the time;

you can please some of the people some of the time;

But you cannot please all of the people all of the time.

I haven't purchased anythnig from you mike, but you seem to really put alot of time and effort into pleasing your customers, and that is a good thing.

Keep up the good work.
