Hey folks, names Andrew, I personally own a Focus ST, 2018, stage 3 pro tuned, etc. My friend works a lot, like a lot, a lot, so I'm trying to help him out. He's just purchased a 2015 SHO, 3.5L EcoBoost, and he's looking to make the most of it. He's currently looking for aftermarket blow off valves to replace the vent to atmosphere he has currently, because he likes the sound, just would like it more pronounced like my BOV on my focus is. For reference, I have the turbosmart 50/50 BOV on my foST, which is not as annoying as the boomba, but still sounds quite good. I have seen some places that you have to buy whole new hot side charge pipes to be able to install aftermarket BOVs, is this correct? If yes, where can you get them cheaper than the $450.00 starting price on EPP? If incorrect, tell me how please. I appreciate the advice and guidance, coming from the foST, I know quite a bit about them, but my knowledge on the 3.5's leaves quite a bit to be desired. Thank you for reading!

TL;DR: aftermarket BOV search for 2015 SHO

There is a reason why the Fost's are so loud. The BOV is literally next to the turbo. The SHO's are not, they are split between both banks.

His best bet is to buy the EPP hot pipe kit and get a tial bov that comes with it. You have to pay to play the game with the SHO.
