First things first I went to a mechanic had the car diagnosed . Mechanic told me I had a boost leak and he fixed it . When I went to pick up the car I started the car and it smoked as I left their garage and accelerated the car blew smoke out the exhaust after driving it home the smoke seemed to stop right after that . Now it will only smoke when it starts . I’m thinking the turbo blew a seal . Also I changed that turbo (the right side) last year . The car accelerates and builds boost to about 4k rpm after that it struggle to even reach 5k rpm when the foots to floor . I changed spark plugs and fixed my boost leaks turbos are spooling but seem to stop at 4k . Any ideas what could be happening ?

Couple questions, any engine codes or lights on? any upgrades on the car or is it bone stock? How many miles are on the car? How long have you owned car? Original owner if not what all maintenance have you done since acquiring car?

Just done regular maintenance to it . Besides replacing the right side turbo . Only code is for the oxygen sensor . Theirs about 157000 on the. And about 10k on the turbo since replacing .

Also car smokes only when I do a little pull to accelerate from the right side . It smokes a lot but after that puff of smoke it stops and won’t smoke anymore until the car gets started again .

I’m going to tell you IMO I would check the turbo seals on right side where u replaced turbo. The smoke leaves me to believe oil maybe leaking through the seal while driving but its circulating in system so no smoke is seen but when u turn car off everything cools and settles so when you restart car it’s burning off whatever has had time to leak and settle on that side. That’s where I would start. Especially with having acceleration issues. Theses cars are known for great throttle response and getting off the line faster than most so definitely where I would start.
