ac stalling car

every time i turn on my ac my car idols rough and usualy stalls out. i figure my ac compresser is going. my batery is fine. i just figured i would ask you what you thought bec i realy dont want to spend 700 or so $$$ on the ac sicnce i just had a new cluch struts and fule pump in my pocket is empty.

First try resetting the idle program.

If the problem comes back soon, clean or replace the IAB, then repeat Scott's procedure.

yea sounds good except i have no clue what the IAB stands for. the problem did come back then i re reset the idle control and now its good. but if the problem persists i would like to know what the IAB is and where it is so i can replace it or clean it.
