Even if the AC compressor isnt kicking in shouldnt the fans kick up on high speed when the AC is turned on? or on a SHO dont it work that way? My AC compressor dont kick in nor does the fans kick on high when i turn on the AC. I should add Its not from lack of charge, nor is it the low pressure sensor.

Have you checked the fuses, or relays... A\C compressors will not turn on if there is no coolant in them or if they are too low... May want to have it checked for leaks. My cooling fans works even though my A\C isn't working so you may have a bad relay or fuse.

Thanks , where is the relay and fuse located is it under the hood drivers side fuse box? The freon charge is full by the way.

Ok more data , i tested all the under dash fuses and under hood ones loctated on the drivers side firewall, all tested ok, when i turn on the AC after a short puase the inside blower fan starts going yet the idle never raises and the under hood fans never turn on, does this help narrow it down some?

That's because your compressor isn't engaging. It could be several reasons. First disconnect the cycling switch and jumper the connector and see if you can engage the compressor (with the car running of course). If it engages than the freon is low or a bad cycling switch. If that's not it then you need to check for 12 volts at the compressor with the AC commanded on MAX A/C. If you have 12 volts than either the clutch air gap needs re shimmed or the clutch/coil needs replaced. If you don't have twelve volts than the CCRM is more than likely the problem unless it is not recieving power.
