I know there have been numerous postings about AC, so I am not going to belabor this. The previous owner claims he replaced the AC compressor. When I turn it on it blows hot air, and the compressor never kicks on.

Is it possible there is a switch or relay that is bad, AND where would I start to physically locate this under the hood?? Other ideas of things to check???

Thanks,
Mike

Check system static pressure first. Must be more than 45 psi in order to enable the clutch.

If pressure is adequate, then it's time to look at the electrical circuit.
