For converting A/C to 134, which oil should be used? Ester, PAG, -low, middle, or high viscosity? Thanks.

Nope, can't remember when it changed (I think '92 or '93?) Not sure, but '89 had r12 for sure.

All 94s had R134A. 93s could have had either depending on production date. ALL 92 and older were R12.

Use PAG for R134a systems assuming you flush all trace of the mineral oil out. If your don't flush thoroughly, use POE oil instead on your conversion.

It's been several years, but I used either ISO 46 or 100....Can't remember now.

Thank You! Hopefully parts will be here by the end of the week. I have to put the accumulator line in with the engine in now because 2 different lines have arrived screwed up. The first line was put together wrong, with the rubber end that attaches at the firewall crimped 90 degrees off, and the replacement arrived with bent up metal lines. Oh, well.
