I think I have some idea as to what is going on with my A/C.
Here is what I found today. After about an hour of driving around town with the A/C on, it was very cold in the car almost uncomfortable, then it stopped blowing cold. I tapped on the clutch and it started back up again. Does this mean that the clutch needs to be replaced or is there a cheaper way to fix this?
A/C guy said it would be anywhere from $225 to $400 to replace the clutch.

Can you adjust the gap on these clutches like you can on the gen2 a/c clutches? If so, that's about an hour and $0.00 if you do it yourself.
