A/C clutch gap

I can't get a clutch holding tool in between the frame and the compressor as well as a ratchet or wrench. But without the holding tool I can't get the clutch to hold in one position to take it off. Sooooo, what do you all do to get the clutch off without removing the compressor. Thanks.

There is a how-to posted on the LSHOC site:
AC clutch removal and regapping/replacement

This way you don't have to remove the compressor.
