all sho

ok well here it goes. i have a 94 auto sho and soon to have a 90 manual. i wanna take the manual out of the 90 and put it in the 94. so i know i need the sub frame, shifter assembly, clutch lines, master/slave cylinders, pedal assmebly. now what i need to know is this. do i need the wire harness, ecu(off of a manual, in other words is the auto controlled by a tcu or the ecu and can i keep the ecu i have), and do i have to use rod shifter assembly (i know its smarter too but do i have too).
i also plan to keep the 3.2 so what fab has to be done to get the motor in the engine bay sitting on the new sub frame?
and i have also heard that using the 3.0 heads on the 3.2 will give me better compression is this true?
is there anything else i should do while i have all this stuff out of the car(port intake mani, change bushings, ect.). i will probably do all the 60k and i am probably going to get the body painted and all squared away.
any help is much appreciated thank you.
