Actually its at 13.67 ok but that is with nothing on at all but with just the engine fan kicking on it drops to 13.31 ok shouldnt that kick back up ? to compensate the Load guys???

Is this right after engine start. If so it should be 14.2 at min.

Just as a reference the battery voltage should be highest on the car in the first couple of minutes after starting the engine assuming 2k rpms or so. This is because the alternator will be creating enough juice to recharge the battery and run the car's electrical system. After 15 minutes of highway driving you will see the voltage start to drop as the battery is recharged completely.

My alternator had just went and since i have owned the car about a year the battery light would come on at WOT at about 5,000 rpms and last week the battery light came on and stayed on, alternator was producing 13 volts. New alternator and the batt light never comes on. But my car never would not start and I drove all day.
