so far... no good.
I bought a rod shifter from this guy a little more that 2 weeks ago and sent him a few PM's with no responces. communication is bad. finally get a responce from him with the tracking # (2 weeks after he shipped it) and he said it was delivered on the 21st... not at my house. i checked the UPS tracking and it said it was delivered to california... i live in ALBERTA CANADA. im really ****** right now and hope this guy can pull through and i want to see my rod shifter on my doorstep soon, i dont want to retract my payment if i dont have to but will if neccisary. will keep this post updated.

still hasent done anything to fix it but send me PM's saying hes waiting for a responce from somone... now have an escalated dispute with paypal im getting my money back and im shopping for a new rod shifter.

Well, Nick56289 read this thread on 4/5. I don't know when he received the shifter, but he's obviously aware that something is going on. Especially so if he received a rod shifter that wasn't his and it's the same seller that he did purchase other parts from.

Nick56289, please do the right thing and at least send the seller the shifter back. I'm sure the seller will be glad to eat the shipping costs since he made the original mistake of sending it to you. No harm, no foul and you won't cost you anything except a little bit of time to repackage it and drop it off at UPS or FedEx. For that matter, the original seller could possibly arrange for a call tag via UPS and they might even be able to ship it directly to the rightful owner of the shifter.

i wish nick didnt throw away the box the shifter was shipped in im going to have to buy a box and pay for them to package it up nick please pm/email me your phone number this will make the tranaction much easier so we can get it out the door asap

I don't think anyone see's you as the bad guy Nick. Return shipping charges on an item you received by shippers mistake is not your fault. I think Matt just wants to cut his losses at this point.
