Car is still availiable for those interested......however......

at the previous price i was losing money........and, no one wants to buy it without me doing the needed minor repairs,
so..........i prolly will just address the areas needed and then just keep the car to get some use out of it to get some of my money back out of it, unless someone wants to pay the new advertised price i have on it. trust me, after these repairs, it shouldnt need anything unless your just doing something for the sake of doing it.....sorry.:salute::thankyou:

I so wish I could have taken it home! The problems were very minor but I couldn't risk an 9 hour drive with a 6 month pregnant wife. This car is worth every penny!! Shorangerbird is first class and one **** of a guy!!! This car is super clean and runs strong and if I only had lived 2 hours away, it would be mine! I wish you the very best of luck and am so sorry I couldn't take her home with me. It did dawn on me though after I got home that we should have tried that maf off the 93 out back. :(

-thanks Chris. kudos to u also. if i'd drove that far, i'd had to carry it home on my back...lol. CEL is now fixed. i did try that MAF swap. didnt work though. so i pulled codes again, CID this time. got a new one, slapped it on, and no probs since. got the door ajar lamp fixed. like you said it was, i was just moving the striker the wrong way. works the opposite. the further you move it in, the further it pushes the door out. so reverse it, and no more light. but that dash noise is what made me madder than anything. i'd rather see the engine having troubles, than the heat/ac sytem... anyway run the diag. on it, noise is the actuator for the blend door. and joy of joys, ya gotta pull the dash back for it, and if i'm gonna be in there for that, might as well put a heater core in. its just gonna have me putting more money in it.......$3,600 as is, or $3,995 with all the heater core work....

Awww crap and I just sold the Acura today. Got quite a few stacks in the bank. Damn, BDA plus heater core = big PITA; also = price increase. I would have liked to have bought this car AND a cheap Jeep/truck.

steering column down, and most items removed from the dash.....
