I recently got into the SHO game; purchased a 95 MTX from another forum member. I find that the car seems to surge during steady throttle, but only when the AC is on. When it's on straight vent, the car runs fine. Any suggestions?

Try cleaning the Idle control valve. It's the cylindrical device located next to the throttle body (on the other side of the intake) and has a two wire connection.
Simply pull it off the manifold, and clean the ports. Sometimes a layer of carbon gets built up in the ports and the IAC cannot function 100%... this may be the problem.
