I just recently moved back to Michigan from Montana and drove the SHO. The car made it back with no problems, but, after the long drive I checked the oil for the transmission and it was black.
The ATX is still working, except sometimes when it gets up to normal operating temp it does not want to shift around 20-25 mph.
I'm guessing the ATX is about to die. I'm looking for some referrals to any reputable trans shops in the area. I'm staying in Wyandotte, if anyone has some suggestions, that would be great.
