Title says it all,

Timing belt was just done recently,

now vehicle feel very sluggish, even when secondaries open.

By the end of a 2 mile test drive, collant was being forced from radiator around the cap.

Any idea's before I decide to part out ?

The belt was installed (aligned) improperly. The radiator cap is either not properly installed or defective since excess pressure should be vented to the expansion bottle if the rubber tubing is in place between the filler neck and the bottle.

Aligned wrong ?

old belt was taken off and matched and replaced, nothing moved to my knowledge. Can you please explain a little more in detail ?

How do you mean misaligned ?

The new belt, the cam and crank gears, and timing cover all have marks on them. The cam gear timing marks are straight up and down above the gears, on all 3 gears, there's a dot punched into it. On the crank gear, there's also a dot, and a tooth on the engine about 30 degrees to the right of directly below the gear. The belt has 4 marks on it. 2 for the cam gears, and 2 for the crank gear. The ones for the crank gear are different though, 1's for 3.0 the other for 3.0. You have to line up the dots on the gears with the timing marks on the timing cover (for the cams), and the engine (for the crank). Line of the cam marks with the timing cover marks. The rear bank cam lines up mid-compression, so you'll have to get it seated just right to line up, the front should pop right into place. There should be brand labeling between the cam gears... Make sure that it's readable from the DRIVERS side of the car. It'll be upside down where you stand to work on the timing. Line up the cam marks on the belt with the marks on the gears, and the marks on the cover. Make sure and line up the right mark for the crank. If you need to turn the crank, use the crank bolt and a breaker bar or ratchet. A couple slaps on the handle of the ratchet should break it free when you're done. The hardest part is getting it around the tensioner... "Walk" it onto the gears. About 1/4 of an inch at a time... Put it on the crank gear, about 1/4", the the rear cam gear, then the front. Make sure it's all lined up properly, then push it about in the same order (crank, rear cam, then front cam), in whatever increments you feel comfortable with.

Crank alignment.
Cam alignment.
You can hardly see the timing mark on the cam gear, but look closely, or just look at yours... It's hard to miss.
Hope you got all that, and if you have any questions feel free to PM me
