93 fog light replacement

How do I access the bulbs?? I took the 2 screws out on the front and it did not do the trick. I assume it is the bulbs, the light switch indicator light works. Gotta start somewhere.

the bulbs are accessed through the back. The harness is the male end un-plug it and the you turn the fog light itself until it is "free" or un-locked from the light itself and it comes right out.
