SHO Lovin' It
I have a friend who got a code reader (better than the Oreilly ones that wal mart carries for 100)....
I was finally able to get clear readings of my codes. My idle is poor, accelleration is poor, fuel milage ... what's that!!!
Here are my codes:
176
HEGO sensor indicates system lean (LH)
I am thinking just replace both O2 sensors. I see there are two upstream sensors and no downstream sensors.
215
Coil 1 primary circuit failure.
I am at a loss for what would cause this code. Sometimes the car snaps out of the slow accelleration and gets its familiar put you in your seat movement.
335
DPFE sensor voltage higher or lower than expected.
I plan to replace the sensor. I have new rubber on the intake manifold, did that when I replaced the camshaft seals, Timing belt, drive belt, and put new intake manifold gaskets on. Replaced the EGR gasket as well.
No More Oil Leaks :woo-hoo:
336
Exhaust backpressure high / PFE circuit voltage high.
I have no clue on this one. Hey I'll be honest. I do not like BS'ers and not about to be a hypocrit!!
I notice there is an Air Charge Temperature Sensor I seen on shosource that can cause some of the same symptoms I am getting. Thinking with the DPFE sensor and O2 sensors, I may as well change that as well beings it is a low cost part.
Input is greatly appreciated and needed before I get something first to find it didn't work THEN come in here and ask. Figured I would skip that step and come right here.
oh and... :thankyou:
