92 wiper motor and multifunction switch

After a few years in storage my wiper motor couldn't be slower. Does anyone have a wiper motor for a 92 and a working multifunction switch?

I would **** the wiper actuator arms and linkage first as well as the output shaft of the wiper unit, and the little nubbies that stick out through the cowl that the wiper arms attach-to. Maybe work it manually while on, to get things started.
