You can always grab a gauge kit from speedhut , they make all kinds of gauges , with or without high/low lights included in the gauge , theres also a turn signal option within these gauges. They are fully electric , and you can have a speedo that works with a GPS.

these are their cheep line , bought 2 sets from them.

Nice looking gauges - thanks for the tip. I haven't even thought this far yet for final gauges. Still trying to get the wiring, schematics, and details documented.

I take it that they provide a sensor that fits in place of stock and feeds the gauge? They become your source for any future replacement sensors also right?

Well they are universal. For the oil , theres a sender that you can screw in instead of the stocker. If you get the higher end ones you can tell the gauge what is your low and high PSI in order for the LED to light up. Same deal with all the gauges.

For the speedo (non GPS ones), you take your signal on the MTX VSS output. Since no signal is the same , you need to calibrate it - I did mine with the highway markers , and it works great.

They are all electrical , so they all come with senders and some adaptors.

You can choose the lighting (colors and background lit or numbers lit) , the colors of the background/numbers , the logo you want in your gauges (if any) , or you can put in text.

I think its a good alternative to autometer. I also think the internals are warranted for life.
