You can use 2 1/4 and call it a day , then after the Y go with 2.5 or bigger if you plan on big HP.

Just as a heads up , your piping mock up looks great but theres no way in **** that they make tight turns like that in the mandrel bends that you can buy.

I agree. Not getting one that tight. Tightest I could find. 3 3/8" radius. Also looking real nice. Maurice

Phoenix, so right, but the PVC doesn't come in all the radii that mandrels do either. For the mockup its mostly getting the straight line verticies and estimating the radii from there.
