Probably either a valve cover seal or a cam seal. There's not much you can do other than trace the oil up to the source.

It sounds like it is one of the following (in order of probability, IMO):

-front main crank seal
-cam seal
-valve cover gasket
-oil pan gasket

Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left or right, start the car and let it warm up, then look in the passenger front wheel well. The front catalytic converter is sitting close to / underneath the crank pulley, the rear cat is behind the motor. See if you can tell where oil is dripping onto the exhaust. If it is the front cat, it is most likely the front main followed by the cam seals, if it is the rear cat or exhaust manifold it is most likely a rear cam seal or a rolled/broken rear valve cover gasket.

Just like Viper1313 said. Mine started doing this too, and after replacing the recommended seals, no more leaks or smoke.

Does it look like it's coming from the back (closest to the firewall) or the front (closest to the radiator) of the motor? Does it drip oil on the ground if you start it up and leave it running while you're parked? I had a similar problem not too long ago after putting my motor back together and it ended up being a pinched valvecover gasket.
