Oil leak near oil fill cap

ok, great so it does include the VVT seal. I thought it looked new after cleaning the oil off

I had a similar leak in that area, and I fixed it by replacing the VVT seal. Don't need the whole valve cover, just the seal (6E5Z-6C535-AB).
