The above test is not definitive because the ccrm has separate relays for the various functions - it is entirely possible that the cooling fan relay works fine but the fuel pump relay does not.

If the fan is not working with the a/c switch on then the culprit is mostly the CCRM and both circuits are not working.
The CCRM is a lot easier to replace then a fuel pump.

Note to the a/c trouble crowd; If the fan(s) don't come on with the a/c on.
Hot wire the fan to make sure it works before going crazy trying to pin point any other solutions ie:CCRM. This also applies when the a/c does not come on.
