'91 Fuel pump not activating

The above test is not definitive because the ccrm has separate relays for the various functions - it is entirely possible that the cooling fan relay works fine but the fuel pump relay does not.

If the fan is not working with the a/c switch on then the culprit is mostly the CCRM and both circuits are not working.
The CCRM is a lot easier to replace then a fuel pump.

Note to the a/c trouble crowd; If the fan(s) don't come on with the a/c on.
Hot wire the fan to make sure it works before going crazy trying to pin point any other solutions ie:CCRM. This also applies when the a/c does not come on.

Check for voltage at the fuel pump cutoff switch in the trunk when you turn on the ignition. If you get voltage, bad fuel pump. If you don't, CCRM. It's that simple.
