In any case, it's a **** of a lot better than that C&L MAF you're running now...
You're saying it can't be tuned with a Tweecer?
Has that been proven?
Yes it has been, countless times. The entire way the C&L MAFs work is to "fool" the stock electronics pack into seeing more air than is really being ingested into the motor and cause the car to run richer. The problem with the SHO version of the C&L is that it causes the car to run 5-10% lean. Every single time. You're saying it can't be tuned with a Tweecer?
Even C&L warns people that the Mustang calibration tube isn't "right".Yea, but aren't they just "heated resistors" basically? It would just be a number for something to calculate and adjust one would think.
And I was told back in the day, that problem was "solved' by using a mustang sample tube. And I don't know how that really would work, but eh... I have never messed with the tuning or anything, so I don't know.. just things that were "sold" as truth back in the day...
Respectfully, I disagree.The C&L MAF is a good unit.
Just not on a SHO.
