Just trying to be proactive now that my ride has hit 75K and wanted your opinions on how to proceed.

Maintenance:
Timing Chains
Water Pump
Plugs/Coil Packs

Fun Stuff:
Hot Pipes
Intercooler

I watched a video on the intercooler install and how the fender has to be removed etc. and figured I would just have my shop do everything at once seeing it's already torn apart. Anything else you would suggest? Front end parts, struts, springs? Thanks for your help!

Have you made any headway on this? I'm looking at buying a car at 80k and I was wondering what all I should do once I get the car.

the harder you drive it, the shorter the trips, the longer the idle etc, you should be looking at severe duty/special operating condition schedules basically half of normal duty.

aside from that you can look thru @SM105K maintenance threads for ideas.

generally, 6mo/5k miles oil change intervals - 5w30 or 10w30 oil - pick ones with higher viscosity ratings and readily available off walmart shelves. more importantly use only motorcraft or purolator boss oil filters. fram is cheaper but simply does not measure up to the boss IME. have tried K&N, amsoil, Royal Purple, mobil1 ... no thanks.
5 /60 miles transmission fluid changes on average - motorcraft or other triedntrue mfr of choice
3 /36 miles ptu fluid changes
5 /60 rdu fluid changes
5/60 brake fluid changes
5/60 plug changes, or if tuned, go by tuner recs

you can borescope the cylinders to look for carbon buildup if you have rough idling issues. hopefully all soft carbon. then have a gdi induction cleaning done. not a big problem on the sho but looking down the road.

battery health check. you will be amazed how aging systems react to weak batteries. get biggest baddest agm whenever possible like odyssey or northstar.
check turbo tract and intercooler for pooling oil as well as cracked hose ends/loose clamps. check turbos for loose c-clips.
no real check for injectors or oxygen sensors other than tracking fuel trims and efficiencies, a shop can do better here.
track your timing errors with torque pro or forscan lite or tuning device to get a heads up that a timing job is headed your way
