I'm getting ready to perform my first ever 60 k on my 91 Plus. I've never done anything like this before, but have the video and a lot of confidence. I THINK I CAN ! ! ! Anyway, my question is where do I find the valve cover grommets and will I have to replace my intake gasket or will I br able to reuse it?

If you send an email to sdpatt he will send you his detailed valve gapping procedure and list of parts and sources.

If you search the forum for '60k gaskets', you should find reference to the Fel-Pro VS50378R valve cover gasket set which includes both valve cover gaskets and 6 spark plug tube seals. AutoZone sells the gasket kit for ~$75. As outlined in Mark's video, if the intake-to-head gaskets are in good condition with no chipping paint, they can be reused.
