Also check the section on doing the rod bearings. Very very important to change those in these cars.

I saw that; it's OK to leave the mains as long as the look good? Cool picture, also. Edward Norton is the man; I was bummed that he didnt play the Hulk in The Avengers.

the mains will be fine - don't even pull the caps, just change the rod bearings.
