3.2 upgrade

i currently have a 3.o mtx but the head gaskets are bad and Lord knows what else could be wrong..so I'm picking up a 3.2..would i have to change the computer, what all would i have to upgrade

You do not need to change the computer. It is a direct swap in. Just switch intakes as the 3.2s have EGR and yours doesnt, same for the rear headers, or just cap them off.

It is very rare to blow a head gasket with these cars.

Do some searches here. There are a number of different ways to do the transplant and the process and amount of effort and disassembly differ greatly between them. It's all been discussed here ad nauseum many, many times over. Please search first so that people will be better able to help you.

i dont know whats wrong with my engine..im taking it to get checked out on friday before i buy the engine, but it sat for almost a year before i bought it..it ran okay for 2days, just the oil light came on several times..then i put some oil in it on saturday and thats when the white smoke came out and when i checked the oil dipstick it wasnt milky but yesterday i looked in the oil cap and it was milky, so im not sure..its white smoke that comes out the exhaust and a little bit comes from the engine bay as well..its a 95 mtx..3.0...the temperature gauge goes up just above midway and i have to switch to 4th gear just to reach 40mph...
