I searched and searched, but not luck. What are the 3.0 and 3.2 fuel injectors rated at? I think the 3.2 are 24lb.

Also, for my 3.2 swap, w/ 3.0 cams which injectors would be best without any additional tuning (no LPM or Tweecer)? Originally I thought the 3.2s were the way to go, but now it seems that they may only make the over-rich condition caused by the lack of a MAF to VE table (displacement) correction even worse. This is if I understood everything on fordfuelinjection .com correctly.

Use the 3.2 injectors. I forget the actual figures, but the 3.2 injectors are something like .3 lb/hr over the 3.0 injectors.

Most people that do this same swap use the 3.2 injectors with no tuning, and no trouble. I'm one of them.

There's probably something to be gained in tuning with this setup, but I've yet to get a tweecer.

I used 3.2 injectorsin my 3.2 to 3.0 swap.

Runs fine on a stock tune with the 3.0 ECU

3.0 injectors are pink and are rated at 23.7 lbs
3.2 injectors are purple and are rated at 24.4 lbs

I use the 3.2 injectors.

I am building a 9.0:1 compression 3.2 motor (punched from 3.0) from the ground up with a gas nitrided crank, balanced rods, and lightweight forged pistons. Eventually I would like to put a turbo on this car, but because of lack of money and time, I will run it N/A with a Zex kit for a while.

I have pink 3.0 injectors, and purple 3.2 injectors, but I have access to some cheap 36 lb injectors. Would I need tuning to run the 36 lb injectors, or can the stock X2J handle them? More importantly, would 36 lb injectors be enough for my eventual goal of 400-450 hp with the turbo?

Yes, you will need tuning to run 36 lb injectors on a pcm that thinks it has 24 lb injectors, otherwise you will be approx 50% rich.

36 lb injectors are good for not too much over 300 hp. They will not deliver enough fuel to safely develop 400+ hp.
