I'm not sure what you mean by this...Communication between the intake ports is different.
Nope. It's the original head from my '90. The 3.2L is a '93.Jon - Were those late 3.0 heads (94/95)? The side of the opening between the two ports varied, and was larger (IIRC) on the 3.2's. The 3.0's might have adopted this in the final years of (low rate) production.
This might have been done to improve injector spray pattern for emissions reasons, but that is conjecture on my part.

The 3.2L timing belt setup is different from the 3.0L unit, but the chain tensioners are the same. The cam lobe profiles on the intake cams are different (more lift/duration in the 3.0L intake cams). As Bubba mentioned, some minor bits of the outside castings are different.
Other than that, I know of no other differences.
I'm not sure what you mean by this...
I have a 3.0 and a 3.2 on stands in my garage, and I just went and inspected the intake ports and I can see no differences between them. Here are some pics I just took:

Besides the copious amount of carbon on the 3.0L ports (the engine has almost 300k miles on it), they're practically identical to my eye...
