For those that missed it, here is the Good Morning America coverage. No pics of the SHO, but still a good watch.

And regarding the horns on ETL, has anyone ever made the comment "but the're so small" :laugh_ti:? That is not the case with our sewer pipe horns. Although were asked why the "giant black ant" had a had a tail :nut:.

Mike

Our bull horns may be small but they're real bull horns dude. Anyway here's a couple pics of our last Lemons race with our other SHO team "Zip tie".

Ziploco2
Ziploco3

This next Lemons race we'll have another SHO team Sergio's team "red rocket rat nest revival". Sorry I haven't any pics of Sergio's SHO, btw Sergio will be driving his Lemons racer to the track even the air works in his Lemons racer.

Just poking at you about the horns. We thought about real horns but wanted to do something more identifiable at the track. When it was the GI SHO with the camo paint, we really had a hard time picking it out of the crowd. It was really tough to see on the back of the track. The big sewer pipe horns helped us keep tabs on where the car was.

Good luck at the race. We will be pulling for you :salute:

It sure is a bunch of fun, I was one of the drivers in El Toro loco in the first race, and I'll be driving in the rats nest racer next weekend.

We were lucky that none of us had experienced fuel related problems that I'm aware of, but the temps were milder.

This 'real' racing makes driver education weekends with 4 twenty minute race sessions seem pitful in comparason, especially with all the door to door racing.

3 SHO's in one lemons race should be interesting, if we can keep them all running at the same time.

Our team is officially a "go" with our newly added 5th team member providing the cage fabrication for us in exchange for driving.

We will just sit and wait and see if they accept our application for Sept in SC...

new pics of ETL will be provided from the track.

ETL has now a meaner look and a huge cowl hood.

Race this weekend!

Best of luck guys. I would love to be there with the SHOs on the track. It has been kind of lonely for us.

Mark, I just got an announcement that there are new rules starting Aug 1st, so you should read up. The cage requirement is getting tougher.

Best of luck to all. Keep us posted on the progress. Someone on the group should really go for the true 24hr race at Nelson Ledges. If we were closer, we would be there. Our next race will probably be Thunderhill in November.
