Ok, thats what my code is for my 93 airbag... now will someone please tell me,what the **** does this mean? is there a way that I can fix it?

Sounds like a bad ground on the ABS crash sensors, plain old bad wiring. I might do some reading in the manual tonight and check it out.

Just did some reading. The safing sensor is located in the left kick panel, kinda near the parking brake pedal. Error code 23 indicates an open in the wiring or the safing sensor itself. Have you moved any wires around in that area lately? Personally, for airbag problems I would go to a dealer. The potential to really screw something up is there, better let real "experts" handle it. Your results may vary,,,,read the fine print,,,don't blame me!!! etc,etc
