Lowering my car was top priority for me, that and window tint. 100% improvement in looks in my opinion and it rides just fine. I went with H&R springs as they were the cheapest. And later I cut the rear springs to lower it a little more in the rear. I can’t speak on if it improved my launch because I didn’t test launching stock vs with the lowering springs. My first time going to a drag strip my car already had H&R springs, 100% meth injection, AirAid intake, 160 T stat, SP534 plugs @ .030, UPR dual valve catch can, PP trans cooler and catless downpipes with muffler deletes.

Some ppl have rebuilt their trans with getting a lot of it WPC treated but overall there isn’t a whole lot available. My SHO is a non PP 2010 so I added the 2013+ PP trans cooler and change the trans fluid all the time and it held up.

I do have the spark plugs. Thanks for all the info. This is my daily driver and idk if I want to switch to E30 l. But after listening to both of your tips seems like 400whp is out of reach for me without switching :/
E30 isn't that bad, ajp will give you a E30 and 93, so if your going on a trip , you can switch back to 93 and an almost empty tank and fill with 93 with no worries . I personally fill up drive home swap tunes and hit the road. You might just like his 93 only, its definitely alot of bang for the buck.

Brad's 93 is a beast for what it is even more so with the hpfp.

Sorry was off here a bit, right now without dealers machine, extracting all, is pretty much impossible, but getting 4-5 quarts with removing plug is possible. What I did now a month half ago was had dealer flush, asked to short me 4 quarts of OEM lv, on lot I added 4 quarts of ulv used in the 10 speeds. Works good so far. Dealer won't touch that because of the implied incompatible issues associated with these 2 fluids. But some have picked up a hiccup, and sometimes I would not have a smooth shift, seemed to be always third. Since then non-issue with just an addition of a lv ulv blend. Time will tell. I didn't come up with the idea, a couple guys in here are trying and I went for it, they know what their doing.

Best thing I ever did was drop LMS and get tuned from AJP
I still, to this day question if the LMS tune is why my motor grenaded. I think there is at least one other person that had the same issue with the same initial mod list as me. Sure do wish I had found this forum before I started bolt ons and not knowing about tunes.
