2016 sho ecoboost surging

Hello. I am having an issue with my 2016 sho surging on hard acceleration. It surges and sounds like it keeps blowing off every second or so. I included a video of it. I have about 36k miles. Sounds like one of your BOV's is bad and not sealing under high boost.
