Just went out to lunch and my radio wasn't working. Turned it off using the volume/power button and the "power" symbol button appeared on the main screen and "audio off" on the cluster. Turned it back on using the button and the symbol disappeared from the main screen but "audio off" was still on the cluster, you can also still play around with the volume at this time.

Bought the car a month or so ago pre-owned, idk if I need to get a USB or whatever to update the software or whatever because I haven't gotten one

I had a similar issue. Turn the car off, wait a few minutes, and power it back up. (Computer needs a warm reboot.) That worked for me. If that doesn't do it for you, disconnect the battery, wait 15 minutes, then plug 'er back in. (Computer needs a cold reboot.) Let me know how it goes

So, it needed a warm reboot. Same that happens to me now and again. Since I've owned the car, it's happened 4, maybe 5 times. Nothing to worry about. You may even find that if you turn on the car, and it's not right. Turn it off again, wait a minute or so and reignite. Just keep in mind that the computer system was designed and developed by Microsoft. So, think like Windows. Occasional reboots is helpful. ;)
