2013 SHO

I've been in the automotive field for some 30 years. I operated my own garage from 2000 until 2015, but never worked on a SHO. I recently came across this 2012 SHO went to check it out and it was pouring smoke out the exhaust. Car runs smooth no shakes or knocks, oil is clean same with the coolant. This guy said he had just replaced both turbos less than a thousand miles ago and it started smoking. His story seams a bit sketchy only because he said it needs turbos only after he just put remaned ones on less than a thousand miles ago. So, can anyone give me any information as to what could be the problem, could it be a catch can, PVC or oil in the charger pipes?

Is it burning any oil or low on oil? My turbos pour smoke also but dosnt burn any oil. 5k miles and still full on oil

Not sure, I checked the oil it was clean and topped off.

I once put my catch-can hoses on incorrectly and it ran well, but smoked alot. Double check the routing of the hoses as they could have been installed incorrectly after the turbo work.

Is it smoking right off the bat or only after sitting idling for a few minutes? If it's just after a few minutes it could be the pcv, that's common although I thought only the 2013 and up had that issue.

Could also be seals on turbos. Just because someone rebuilt them does not mean that they were done right.
