2013 SHO PP sunroof broken

Hey guys back again with another nightmare on the SHO (lol)

so i got the car with a non working sun roof, never thought anything of it. Today it started to rain inside my car (passenger side where the headliner and A pillar meet, directly onto passenger floor) From what i have read here it is most likely the drain lines from the sun roof, plan to tackle that this weekend by using a can of compressed air to clean out the lines. hopefully that works but either way, i cant open my sunroof to get into the drain holes. i checked the fuses and they are completely fine, so my question is, what is broken? when i hit the switch to open i dont hear any sort of relay tick, seemingly nothing happens.

Thanks in advance guys, need some direction here, i figure either a switch or motor, just wanna pick up the parts so i can get this drain issue fixed before winter (in chicago -_-)

Does the TILT not work at all? Otherwise I would have suggested trying initialization. If the motor is at fault, it can be R&R'd without having to open the sunroof, but it is a lot of steps to accomplish. Seems DIY tho, with patience. Hopefully it is just the switch.

The sunroof does not tilt, no functions at all work.
