2013 Blower Motor Resistor replacement.

I know where it is located but I can't figure out how to get the STUPID LOWERMOST PANEL disconnected and out of the way so the job can be completed. It's taken me two afternoons and a massive amount of frustration and I can't find any information on how to remove that panel, probably because I don't even know what it is called.

That's why I tend to run my fan on full blast or leave it off whenever possible. No load on the expensive and hard to replace resistor pack that way.

Has anybody gone through this or have any idea how to get it out of the way? I still haven't been able to find an answer.

Three screws. I would bet 7mm maybe 8
